INNER CHILD WORK
Working with the inner child in a therapeutic way through Gestalt Art Therapy is crucial because it allows individuals to access and heal unresolved emotional experiences from childhood. This approach integrates creative expression with self-awareness, enabling clients to visually and symbolically explore their inner world.
